I have booked the apartment for three night initially, as my spouse was scheduled for a surgery in the near by hospital. But the surgery was cancelled and I kindly asked for a possibility of refund. The host chose the most disrespectful way to my request, by completely ignoring my message. I wasn't very hopeful, as i already agreed to a non refundable payment. However, I feel as guest I was entitled to a simple yes or no. This aside, the apartment is nice and easy to access.

Lovely, well-appointed apartment. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
