Mid-century Modern Impeccable Remodel with Hot Tub

The house was very spacious and comfortable. We felt at home right away.

It was very rainy while we stayed, so there wasn’t a lot of rain coverage outside. That meant we really couldn’t use the outdoor spaces.

The house has a nice design and was beautifully remodeled. The property is very pretty and separated from the neighbors. It was conveniently located for the things we were planning to do. The host offered great suggestions for dining and activities in the area, and was available if we needed to contact him.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Very nice house and neighborhood! The house is nicely updated and very clean. A lot of room in the house. We only used the master bedroom and bedroom downstairs, both beds were very comfortable. My only suggestion is more sitting furniture on the front enclosed porch and the downstairs walk out deck. Very nice places to drink coffee/tea when the weather is right. Several restaurants are close by. The activities we did were 15 to 45 minutes away. This was ok because we were able to see the pretty views.

Nothing, it was perfect! Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in!

The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, as was the giant couch which fit 6 of us for movie night. The kitchen had everything we needed and was well layed out. The coffee and tea station was stocked, and olive oil, seasonings, salt and pepper supplied, which makes it nice for just couple nights, not to have to bring or purchase them. Filtered water in the refrigerator tasted good. Also, nice having towels supplied for hottub. Hottub itself is small, 3 adults fit fine, but I wouldnt be comfortable with more. Still nice to enjoy at end of long day of siteseeing.

Although there is a beautiful screen porch, but only two chairs. A concersation set would be great for spending time our there. And there is a large deck, with a beautiful view at sunrise, but no outdoor furniture at all. Large house, but lots of empty space, could use some better use of spaces. More seating in lower level den. The masterbath shower room is very impressive, but the drain backed up and we stood in 3 inches of water. It took an hour to drain between showers. I reached out to owner, who said cleaners must not have cleaned hair trap. But staining around bottom of the shower would indicate this is a regular problem, or not well cleaned.
