the location is good

we registered as a family of 5, but the place is suitable for 4 people max. I had to sleep on the floor. There is air-conditioning only in the living-room, and the bedroom was too hot. There were only 2 towels, and the rest were wet, hung on the line. I've notified the owner, who did nothing to correct it. There was a coffee machine, but no coffee nor filter for it. Summary- MUCH below expectation.
