Apartment in Gediminas avenue, Vilnius city centre

Location and price are good. 1.5-2km from old town. There are two ways to get in the building.

I encountered several issues during my stay that need to be addressed: Hygiene: The bedding had an unpleasant smell. Specifically, the pillow smelled strongly (smell like sper.m) and unpleasantly, which raised concerns about whether the bedding had been properly cleaned for new guests. Additionally, we found some unusable items left under the bed. Facilities: - The wardrobe had three compartments, but two were locked and inaccessible. - There were not enough chairs for three guests. - The faucets were degraded and in poor condition. - The toilet lid was loose and could potentially fall off. - The shower lacked a hanger, forcing us to either hold the faucet while showering or sit down. - The washing machine, which has a small capacity (4 kg), was difficult to open and frequently malfunctioned. It often failed to spin or unlock after washing, requiring us to unplug it, wait, and then plug it back in to reset it. Staff: The staff were unhelpful and unresponsive. My messages were often ignored, and responses were only given when they needed to communicate about other matters. Despite multiple reminders, they failed to address my concerns adequately. City Tax and Key Return: Although we left the city tax on the table (we already took a picture) and left the key as instructed, the landlord claimed that neither had been left behind. Despite providing evidence and requesting a review of the CCTV footage, we were told that the cameras did not show anyone taking the items. This situation suggests a possible security issue with the apartment. Thankfully, we did not experience any security problems during our stay, but the overall experience was frustrating. I hope these issues will be addressed to improve future guests' experiences.

The location is good, it is easy to find the apartment and check in. The bonus we booked this apartment for is closed parking space.

The apartment is not too clean, it is equipped poorly ( if accepts 3 people, however, you don’t have 3 chairs, enough plates or cutlery there), etc.

Beds, bathroom, maquette, the position of the flat, everything was nice!

I would have liked more pots and kitchen stuff, better towels
