It was super modern and very clean

It was freezing cold and no WiFi connection

Detta boende blev ändrat till ett annat en vecka före avfärd. Vi accepterade nya boendet men när vi kom dit var där stora problem med avloppet på toa. Lägenheten var även väldigt svår att hitta. En kvinna som vi ringde till hjälpte oss med nytt boende på plats. Hon var väldigt hjälpsam så allt slutade bra.

The apartment was clean and large.

Very very bad communication with the host. He doesn't respond to messages, which shows a lack of respect for the guests. I send messages continuously on WhatsApp and he doesn't respond. I didn't receive check-in instructions. I sent 3 messages for instructions and he barely responded 30 minutes before check-in. I received a code where to get the key and that was it, no instructions where to pick up the key, what floor the apartment is on, where I can park. The living room and bathroom are very cold, there are no radiators. You can't stay in the living room, you'll freeze, you can't take a shower because it's very cold in the bathroom. I notified the host, again I sent message after message and no response. He answered me when I said I would complain when booking and told me that the heating in the living room and bathroom is done by infrared, then he told me that the living room has a special heating system, which heats up when there are people in it, but it can't stay in the cold to heat the living room. He told me he was moving me to another apartment and again didn't respond to messages. There is no light in the living room and the large bedroom, except for the ambient light on the ceiling and two lamps. Poor WiFi. Far from the center.
