"ok apartment slightly alarming check in and noise"

The apartment was modern and had all the things you needed for a good stay. It was as described and representative of the photos listed.

The owners were reluctant to give you the keys to get in, after contacting them via phone and email there had been no answer. I was suspicious and contacted booking.com. After they investigated further and finally got through to them the owners contacted me saying they would only tell me where the keys are after check in. This didn't fill me with confidence on the way there and I was worried the whole time it would be a scam. once we got there after check in time it was ok. There were no pillowcases on some of the before pillows and the beds weren't particularly comfortable. During our stay there was extreme noise coming from an apartment downstairs, door slamming, shouting and music till 6:00 in the morning. We were then woken again at 7:00 by the owner asking us to accept a parcel for him once our door buzzed... The owner did apologise for the party noise later on but it was all a bit too little too late.

"Superb property well looked after with an exceptional host."

Exactly as seen on pictures if not even better. Had all required facilities. Beds and sofas were very comfy. Tv had Netflix YouTube the lot. It was easy to find and easy access into the building. Check in was quick and smooth. The host was brilliant. The family felt very comfortable and relaxed especially the kids.

I don’t have one bad word to say.

This place is a fraud , please stay away. I had booked this place for family and when I rang the lady to get the keys , she said to me she doesn't know what I'm talking about , please avoid and don't be a victim of fraud
