They are liars and false advertising

I didn't like it at all

I handed in the door card at the reception, as the hotel staff explained to me, and now they supposedly can't find it. The view was horrible, full of rubbish. The facilities are not as shown in the pictures. In general, I hope they give me my money back. This was a scam for my family.

I liked that the property was nice and clean. Staff was good not problems with them.

What I didn’t like was the fact when booking this I mentioned that this was for my wedding anniversary so this trip was special. I booked because it was said we would have a view. Of course anyone booking a room at the beach wants to see the ocean view or even a partial view. Let’s just say this was false advertisement. The pictures are not up to date. So be aware when booking this room. I definitely didn’t get what I paid for but since it was paid we made the best of our trip. I posted pictures of the actual view you get from the room. We had a view of air conditioners that’s it nothing more. No view of the ocean or water park as described. The pictures they have listed for this property is not correct. When I reach out to the property owner for this room and sent proof of what the actual view was, they stopped responding.

It was close to the ocean in a nice area. The staff was great. It was clean.

The AC didn’t cool to desired temperature. The lazy river and indoor swimming was closed for two thirds of our stay.

The resort employees were very nice and the resort was clean

Our room did not appear to be recently renovated. The balcony view was a rooftop. The worst thing was that the air conditioner did not work all week. We reported it every day but it was never repaired and it was hot. We had to run a personal fan with the balcony door open. . Communication with the property managers was difficult. We called daily, left voicemails, sent emails without any solutions. We got an email after we checked out that said that their maintenance person came by after the first night and that an air conditioning technician was needed. We were only told this after we checked out. We were there 6 nights.We were never able to speak to anyone in person and no solutions were offered. We were highly disappointed that such a large property management company did not address the problem and have a solution for us while we were there. Everything was wonderful. Location was very convenient to planned activities.
