Well kept and clean place. Great price and wonderful amenities like the coffee press and tea kettle with a supply of each. Nice touch!

The beds were a bit low with no box springs. We are a bit older LOL. It was still very comfy, though!

we had a bit of a trouble originally to get the code since we were looking for an office. Once it was resolved, the rest was great, no issues. Full size fridge, loved the tea kettle with selection of teas.

The beds were comfortable. The room/bathroom was clean. Coffee/tea in room. Soda in fridge (but fridge was so cold all was frozen). A 'goodie bag' of gift items was a nice touch. Never met a person - but directions emailed/texted were clear and worked well. We liked it -- it was not a 'sterile' room but had a touch of personality which was fun. Thought it would be noisy because of proximity to hwy -- it wasn't!

It wasn't the 'downtown' room we imagined. It was at edge of town ... and an old motel strip. Not what I envisioned, but it was very comfortable, useful, and worked out fine for us. We would stay there again. (Daughter: This was my favorite room! No breakfast - but some good eating places a few blocks away - in downtown area.

It was very clean. That was nice. What did not fit my particular needs was the bed being practically on the floor. Intense pain trying to get out of bed as a senior. No lamp on the night stand was a terrific inconvenience. How hard would it be to place a lamp there?? My friend said she would stay there again, but I would not. To each his own, this is my experience.

Cleanliness.

Spacious room with a nice-sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, plus a shared kitchen for cooking. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and quick in communication. And the gift bag found upon arrival was a nice surprise! Easy walk to downtown Leadville, with shops and restaurants. A great option for us as this room was also dog-friendly and we were traveling with our pup. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose this accommodation again when staying in Leadville.

Cozy indeed, for a wet day in Leadville. Facilities good, appreciated the complimentary toiletries and drinks.

The room was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Large fridge with complimentary drinks and a small bag with tiny gifts were definitely a pleasant surprise! I’ve never seen so much soap in any hotels, lol. They even put a styling hair dryer in the bathroom. Perfect room!
