Location absolutely perfect and the studio has a nice, modern design. The space is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple.The bed was particularly comfortable (great mattress) and the linen and towels of very nice quality. Overall it was very clean and the apartment had great water pressure (which means nice showers). They were very responsive when needed.

I did not love to be at the groundfloor, the sofa was fairly uncomfortable, and I think that more attention should paid to the kitchen amenities and complimentary items. As a solo traveller in Turin for work, I think that small details make a great difference. Although there were coffee capsules, there were no glasses (which they brought to me the day after), not a bottle of water, and no dishwasher tablets. The shower gel was basically soap mixed with water. The kitchen had plenty of pans (even too many) but there wasn't a single ladle or spatula (I had to use the forks and spoons to cook), or scissors. The placemats were fairly dirty. There was an overflow of things clearly left by previous travelers (something like 5 packs of salt), old sponges etc, but I think that in these cases less (and well thought) is more. Finally, on the first day of arrival I had issues accessing the apartment as the door wouldn't open (they were very responsive and I managed to get in in the end), but it was annoying. The morning after my arrival the entire electricity system went down for no apparent reason after I made one coffee (they came quickly to fix this and of course it was not their fault, but it was still unpleasant as my phone and laptop had no battery to work).
