The location was great for my purpose.

The lockbox is difficult to access especially at night. An easy fix would be a larger box with an internal light. The mattress (foam) is hot and does not breath. A few bare light bulbs hang from the ceiling. Also an easy fix.

It was clean. Everything was easy to access and use. Quiet and comfy.

The entry from outside just had the doorknob lock. It could use a bolt lock. The floors are tile and some rugs would be nice to walk on.
