Liked the site and how peaceful it was. The hot tub was a bonus watching the planes go over and the stars

It could do with a better heater for the living room

Hot tub and a very clean caravan

Hot tub was great, caravan is in a good location.

Very run down caravan, lots of stains from previous guests. Caravan had a really bad smell upon entry, we cleaned the fridge out once we arrived and that helped. Some utensils had been put away without being cleaned properly. Some of the bedrooms were warm as the wall heaters were great but the main area was really cold as was one of the bedrooms.

Hot tub - well maintain and clean

Where I start... The host only informed a few hours before the check in, my guests and I need to pay a £95 fee to acess facilities. Also the host explained apparently the previous guests broke one of toilet seats and one of the single beds and the only option is for two of my guests to sleep on the sofa! Obviously we were on the way so I said ok thinking will be fine. When we got there, the room of broken single bed was so dirty, stained mattress on the floor and the only framed bed had a dirty sheet and the floor was filthy plus no heating at all on that room. The other room with two single beds were OK and had wall heater. Double bed mattress was so uncomfortable, metal springs popping out and had a few long blonde hairs on the bedside tables which definitely not from us. The sofa double bed mattress was so thin and again so uncomfortable to sleep plus the bedding left was dirty and had strong bad odour. The Host stated on the description there was linen provided which normally means bath and hand towels but only bedding was provided. When the host told me about the toilet seat was broken I asked if that was safe, the host stated yes but that was not correct, the toilet is not safe at all, pinched the skin from two of my guests! The host stated provided a few electric blankets but was only two plugs in the living room which was for the TV and for the portable radiator plus the electric blankets were so filthy and had strong bad odour. The living room gas radiator but was off from the mains and the only way to heat the living room was a small electric portable radiator without feet, sat on the carpet, extremelly unsafe always falling down to the side, huge fire hazard obviously we had to turn that off just in case of fire! Again there a few blonde long hairs around the sofa, lots of cobwebs around the caravan windows and ceiling, lots of back dust around the cabinets and the dinner table, the oven, the carpet and hard floor were very dirty and...

The property overall was lovely, it was clean spacious and very well kept. Owner very responsive to any queries and location was really nice. Would definitely book again.
