Casa vacanze Stefano Bologna

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht, man fühlt sich wirklich wohl und hat so gut wie alles da. Die Ausstattung ist gut (zwei Schlafzimmer, eines davon mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, eine sehr große Wohnküche mit Balkon, Duschbad mit Toilette und Waschmaschine und viel Stauraum). Richtig schön war es, Espressopulver und diverse Kännchen vorzufinden, außerdem hat der Gastgeber auch Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank deponiert. Denkt an ein eigenes Küchentuch, ansonsten werden aber alle Handtücher bereitgestellt ☺️ Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm, auch für Gassirunden mit dem Hund, außerdem gibt es nette Restaurants und eine tolle Eisdiele ums Eck. Der Bus zur Altstadt fährt praktisch vor der Haustür. Wer empfindlich beim Schlafen ist wegen Geräuschen, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen, man hört Verkehr und auch Nachbarn (aber normale Alltagsgeräusche). Vor dem Haus ist eine Tankstelle, sie schien aber aktuell nicht in Betrieb zu sein, jedenfalls hat nie jemand dort getankt, daher kein Lärm. Das Auto kann recht problemlos an der Straße geparkt werden, wir haben jeden Tag nach Ausflügen einen Platz gefunden. Alles in allem war es wirklich schön hier und wir würden wieder kommen!

Ein paar kleine Löffel mehr wären nett, es gab nur 2. Und vielleicht auch eine Mikrowelle, aber das ist wirklich schon die Suche nach dem Haar in der Suppe 😁

Grande appartamento pulitissimo e ben accessoriato. 2 grandi stanze, salone con angolo cottura. Doccia top. Terzo piano, con balcone, senza ascensore. In macchina, 10 minuti dal centro. Zona residenziale, piacevole, con supermercati e bar. Parcheggio in strada ma facile da trovare. Lo consiglio.

Excellent location, near the city center, with bus stop across the street. Many restaurants and markets to visit in the neighborhood. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment is large, with a nice balcony, well equipped. A quite area, near the railway station Bologna Mazzini which is very convenient for those wanting to travel to other places. Also, the bus station is 3 minutes away from location.

This is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Best place of our one month in Italy

The location is good if you are visiting Bologna with a car and a family. You can park the car for free on the streets around this area. Then it is easy to take the bus (20 min) to down town Bologna for all the interesting sights and culture. And the bus stop is a few steps away from the house. Kitchen is fairly well equipped and has a dishwasher. The shower was good. A bidet but no bathtub. The was a powerful air conditioning in bedroom and living room.

The appartment is on the 3rd floor (4 flights up) and there is no elevator. Good to know if you are not strong and travelling with luggage.

It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine. The AC and Wifi worked very well.

We would have liked to have hand soap in the bathroom and we found the pillows hard.
