Sehr schnelle und gute Kommunikation, ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment, z.B. mit Details wie einen Regenschirm oder Korkenzieher! Ruhige Lage, trotzdem viele Bars und Cafés um die Ecke.

El barrio es de lo mejor de la ciudad. El apartamento es limpio y amplio y la dueña esta siempre atenta por si necesitas algo.

Everything! The spaciousness, the comfort, the light, the quiet and convenient location, the very comfortable bed, the spotless and spacious bathroom. On top of that the excellent and prompt communication from the owner.

Perfect location with excellent transport connections. The apartment is not street-facing, so it’s nice and quiet—not a single beep all day. The pictures don’t do justice to how spacious, modern, and well-decorated it is. Despite all the flat surfaces and shelves, I didn’t see a speck of dust anywhere. Everything I needed for my four-day stay was provided, including thoughtful extras like an umbrella, an iron and ironing board, a HDMI cable for the TV, and plenty of cooking equipment with all the basics. Communication with the host was perfect—they accommodated all my needs and responded promptly. Getting in and out was hassle-free as well. I would happily stay here again—best money I’ve spent on a place in a long time. Thank you!

I like to cook and had all utensils needed and a complete superstore a block away. Almost everyday walking to the famous Gehert antique historical spas to swim in the mountain hot springs (only 6 blocks away).

Loved all of it. Around the building's entrance are pubs and cafes (some of them historical ) where young adults and older a peacefully conversing. Women are safe to walk alone at night.
