USGreat price and place for the location! I love the decor in the apartment too. The only small issue I encountered was when I first arrived the cleaner was still there past my check in time so I couldn’t check out the unit. I also did find a few items that were left by the last tenants. Including a piece of chewed up candy in the candy bowl. If you’re a woman I wouldn’t come alone, as the tenants I encountered from other units and the uber drivers are a very creepy towards woman.
USThe location is within walkable distance of nearly every attraction in the Seattle City Pass. For example, this property is a 5-minute walk away from the Space Needle.
The surrounding area can be intimidating, but we encountered no issues.

The check-in process didn't work, we waited for over an hour because the code didn't work and someone had to come and let us in. The owner did his best but it was still an extreme inconvenience after a long day of travel. The property was noisy! There was much more city noise than I expected, lots of sirens every day and throughout the night, garbage trucks multiple days. And the property itself had loud mechanics in the roof that went on all the time! The fan in the bathroom rattled and could not be turned off, there was some kind of Machinery in the closet that made a loud noise, there was no closet door and so it went on throughout the evening! The property was not clear that the bedroom is up in the loft, it is not a separate bedroom! When I asked about the size of the bed they said it is a queen bed in a bedroom. This was misleading. It was not the fault of the owner, one of the two elevators never worked, and they were two times when both of the elevators were out of service! That meant we had to walk up seven flights of stairs! This would not have been feasible for some people and I'm sure/hope it was a rare occasion. The water never got really hot and one day, in the morning, the water only got lukewarm. It was the first shower of the day. So it's not like we used up all the hot water. I don't know if we share a water tank with another unit, but there was never enough water to fill up a bathtub and we had to take quick showers. The decor was… Shall we say outdated.
USGood location, walking distance to Space Needle and Science Center. Also close to bus line which was very easy to get to Pike Place and zoo.

Just the couches were not great to sleep on, a little uncomfortable that’s all. Everything else was great.
USApartment was interesting and had a fun layout. Great location. Property was clean.
A couple of weird things happened in the apartment late at night which honestly spooked us a bit. We slept with the light on towards the end of our stay.
USUSLocation was convenient. Went to a concert at Climate Pledge Area and it was a short walk. Secure.
The garbage collection in the morning right outside the window but owner can’t help that
