"Never Book this unprofessional managed Hotel."

I booked the hotel through Booking.com. But when I reached in the hotel, they said me, your booking has been cancelled. And you will receive the same by SMS soon. I have to find new hotel immediately. Really disgusting.

Cancelling the booking without information.I found another family also struggling there by cancelling their booking also.
