It is better than expected. The doorman was really gentle and the place feels spacious and clean. Really safe location, is great to go shopping in the center. I would definitely stay there again.
It would be nice to have some drinking water. To have some bed sheets for the extra person. The owner was being suspicious about the reason of bringing an extra person, I called him many times before but no answer. Communication can improve. Would feel better more hospitality/kindness. But at the end all worked nicely.

The apartment was nice and clean and as advertised. There are cooking facilities and a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure and heat were sufficient for a solo traveler (I don't know if the water would stay hot long enough for two people) The proximity to the historic center attractions was very convenient.
The walls are quite thin and I could imagine in high season you'd be able to hear the other guests (I don't think anyone else was in my floor (5th floor, lift available) As it was so close to Tepito, taxi drivers kept telling me it wasn't a safe area to be in, but there was a general police presence and I didn't at any time feel particularly unsafe, but I'd understand others would.
