Amazing apartment for such money

At first glance everything looks modern and nice. The location is great and building corridor is pretty. Lift is a plus.

The kitchen and bathroom were not very clean. There were some hair in the bathroom and stains on the mirror and shelves. The washing mashine and also AC was broken, which was a huge disapointment and one of the things why we chose this apartment. We could have go somewhere else for less money, if we knew this. Plates and cups sere sticky, spoons and knives dirty. They tell you to always wash those and keep everything clean so how the place was so dirty?? I gues they force the guests to clean after themself and the hosts do not even hire a cleaner or clean there themself. The last straw was the “bed”. It was a sofa, but again BROKEN. Below the matrace were some wooden floor boards randomly scattered. Just look at the photos… DISGUSTING!!!

horrible bed (not a real bed, just a fold out couch with a 2 inch used mattress), horrible bathroom, no full length mirror, mouldisg smell. clothes hangers and plates 2.5 meters high in the air you cannot reach them. no coffee option, no machine no water boiler, bialetti does not work because of induction plate. nothing available. bathroom is the worse: everything wobbly, toilet seat moves, everything is wobbly, toilet, shower curtain rod and towel holder all moves the moment you touch it. in the shower there is no flat surface it’s like you are standing inside a ball with the shower curtain sticking to you. it’s horrific it’s clear the owner never tried to spend a night here. This would be absolutely unacceptable in switzerland / germany. i have been traveling 15+ years and it qualifies for the worst places I have ever been to. And i wont mention how the famous “parking” is nonexistent: there are no spots. After I cirled 5 times for 20 minutes to find something the owner still made me wait in the pouring rain with 20kg luggage and wasn’t there on time. As of advertised “elevator”; you still have to carriage your luggage up 8 steps.

The host is very kind and helpful! The apartment is well equipped with everything needed and it is comfortable! Very good location!
