"Don't book here.!!! Irresponsible host"

the host did not show up on time on scheduled time and the property is unreachable. The property only contacted us after couple of hours uponn our arrival in the property but we had to cancel it when we found a different hotel to stay. The worst part is that the property did not even refund us the amount we paid and it is not cheap. This host does not know how to take accountability and should be banned in all platforms for being irresponsible. This host did not even bother apologizing for their lapses and refused to communicate with us and even through booking.com customer service. Don't book here. This host ruined our Christmas vacation with my family

"We had to use personal towels for the guests and find alternative lodging for those using the bed with the poor mattress"

Location

Unprofessional cleaning service. They were at the premises after check in time laundering previous guest linens; incomplete laundered and dry towels for guests; mattress in one of the rooms was very uncomfortable; cleaners asked guests to bring up cleaning supplies two hours before checkout time. Poor drainage in master bath sink and shower.
