The accommodation was fantastic. The pictures don't do it justice. The pool nestled in the olive groves was so serene and beautiful and the hot tub by the house was a real treat once the little ones had gone to bed. Thiago was so helpful and even collected us from the train station. He had some lovely snacks available when we arrived which were so appreciated. The location is great- we didn't have a car but were easy walking distance to the town and yet the house was so quiet and peaceful like we were in the countryside. The views were spectacular. Would love to return!

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect.

Excellent secluded location just outside Porta Romana. It feels like being in the contryside but still just a short walk to Il Campo, shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful day at this charming guesthouse on the outskirts of Siena. We were kindly welcomed by the host Thiago who prepared some snacks at arrival. Accommodation was very comfortable and clean. Highlights were the Jacuzzi, the tennis court and magnificent view towards Siena. We loved it and definitely recommend a stay!

A unique location, relatively quiet yet in very close proximity to the centre of Siena. Large and well kept grounds and a modern pool.

The tennis court was coated in a very thick layer of pine needles on our arrival which we spent about an hour clearing. The host did however remedy the problem by doing a more thorough job of clearing the court after we advised him of the issue.

If you are looking for a clean, cozy and beautiful apartment in Siena, do not look any further. This is the place you are willing to stay. A beautiful apartment with three bedrooms. One double bed, two single and a small bed for a child or small adult. We were in Siena for a cycling event, this was the place to stay, relax and sleep well. Two bathrooms! The Piazza del Campo is a 20 minute walk. There is a super nice supermarket / bar at 200 meters. The host is very nice, good to reach via telephone and whatsapp and welcomed us personally with wine, cheese and Italian salami. What a warm welcome. No hiddin' fees regarding to clean, airco, heating...

Honest: there's nothing that can be better. This is perfect place to stay with a family, two couples or in our case: five friends. It's just what you want when staying four days in Siena.

Perfect location, well kept and stunning views.

I doubt you could find a better location to be based out of for a visit to the stunning city of Siena. Views from the house is simply stunning. Swimming pool was amazing and kept me from pilling on weight while enjoying the gorgeous food and wine of the area. Thiago was great on communication and arrival and departure was a seamless process. We could not recommend a stay here more and will without a doubt be back!

Could have a better/larger BBQ if a family is staying but the small one was great for the two of us. An outside fan for the outdoor seating to counter mosquitos might be useful?
