GBBig appartment very close to old town, Ideal for exploring Matera. Owner lives nearby so very responsive. There is a washing machine and they have is some washing powder.
GBThis flat exceeded all expectations. It’s even more beautiful than in the pictures, recently renovated with a stylish, modern feel and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the summer heat, and the location is spot on: just outside the busy centre, so it’s peaceful but only a short walk from all the main sights, restaurants, and shops. Communication with the owner was excellent, quick to respond, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Matera.

CZso guys, this was just AMAZING experience ever :)) The apartment is super nice, clean, full of sunshine and have everything you need, plus the location is the best, just 50m from historical centre. Owner Cristina is super kind person and together with her daughter who showed me whole apartment are a perfect team for your stay :) Thank you very much :)

AUWow! Was my first thought when the lovely host, Anna, met and showed us around the apartment. She also gave us extra information about parking (easy) and where some shops etc were located. The apartment is huge! The rooms are very spacious, especially the living area. It's so clean, and there is a good size, well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There's also a laundry with a washing machine and an extra toilet too. The bathroom is clean and a good size.The bed was very comfortable, and I liked that they provided 4 pillows for 2 people. We enjoyed having a good coffee machine. It would be great for family stays, too. We definitely had a 'sunny' time in Matera!

AUWe could not fault this bright, sunny and very comfortable appartment. It was spacious and located in a beautiful building, very well equipped and decor was stylish and practical. Host was extremely warm and welcoming and had thought of everything. Great location for exploring the town, easy street parking nearby.

AUBright, sunny and very, very spacious and comfortable. Its location was excellent on the edge of the old city which meant that free parking was available nearby. Our host and her daughter were quick to answer any questions we had.
Traffic noise was a slight concern but it would have been no better inside the old city which has a continuous stream of visitors.
