Bett bequem, schön groß Große Wohnung, viel Platz Straßenbahn gleich um die Ecke Checkin lief problemlos Kostenlose Wasserflaschen auf dem Tisch gewesen

Abends waren viele Ameisen bei der Terrasse in der Wohnung, die bis Richtung Küche unterwegs waren,da sollte mal nach geschaut werden. Am Tag waren sie nicht zu sehen. Bei der Ankunft war das Wasser in der Toilette gelb vielleicht nicht runter gespült?? Und morgens hat es immer nach Urin gerochen. Liegst an der Leitung???

It was a very nice place, the bed and the sofabed where comfortable. The Rituals toiletries where a nice touch. Our room was in the back and that made it very quiet.

The only downside was that the door closer was broken so the curtains let in a little light.

We were given a room in the attic, and I contacted customer service about it to give us a normal room. The response was extremely disappointing and far from what I would expect from the hospitality industry. There was zero understanding, no apology, and no effort to improve our experience or satisfaction. I explained that my husband and I work remotely, so having a comfortable and spacious environment was important to us, especially since the photos gave the impression of a larger and more usable space. First, they insisted it was “not an attic room,” even though it clearly was ( see the picture ), The sloped ceiling made half of the room difficult to use, and my husband actually had to bend down because of the low ceiling height. Being told it wasn’t an attic room felt dismissive, as if I was expected to ignore what was obvious! Like I am kind of dumb person and I don’t know what attic is! Then they told us that we had “chosen the cheapest room,” which was simply not true. We did not book the cheapest option. Aside from being inaccurate, the way this was communicated felt rude and unprofessional. On top of that, there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke and weed throughout the hallway during our stay. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and the entire experience was very disappointing.

Es war alles da und auch sehr sauber! Leider haten wir ein paar Mengel in der Unterkunft z.b. Kühlschrank.

Die Mengel z.b. Kühlschrank das Eisfach ist defekt.
