The elevator is located on the second floor of the building and not on the ground floor This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. El apartamento tenia una ubicación perfecta. En el centro de Lisboa, todo cerca. También era enorme cosa que se agradece, tenía mucho espacio para poder estar. Vistas a la calle y entraba muchísima luz!

Lo único es que el ascensor solo sube desde el primer piso en adelante, pero no desde la planta 0.

Excellent location, beautiful building and apartment, responsiveness of staff.

Thin walls and ceilings - we got unlucky with very noisy neighbours above us, that walked around until 2am! One day we had no hot water in the morning, however the staff responded quickly with troubleshooting the water boiler, so it was fixed quickly. When we were leaving, the door lock was not working, so we had to leave the door unlocked, however the staff responded quickly as well.

"Zentral und eher mies"

Gute Lage, große Wohnung, gut erreichbar.

Der (oder die) Gastgeber wirken sehr unsympathisch: Er antwortet quasi systematisch nicht auf Änderungswünsche und schickt sinnlose Mails nach dem Auschecken. Am Ende zahle ich eine ganze statt eine halbe Woche, obwohl ich meinen Wunsch frühzeitig (einige Wochen vorab) geäußert hatte, den Aufenthalt zu verkürzen, weil sich unsere Reisepläne geändert hatten. Der Vermieter hat auf stur gestellt und auf das Buchungsportal verwiesen, dieses wiederum auf die Gastgeber... Eine einzige Enttäuschung! Achtung: Die Wohnung ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und abgewohnt. Auf den Bildern sieht sie viel besser aus als in echt!! Eingebaute Heizungen gibt es nicht, nur kleine mobile Heizgeräte. Bei den hohen Raumhöhen bringen sie allerdings nicht viel, insbesondere im Badezimmer ist es eiskalt, zumindest in der kühleren Jahreszeit.

"Amplio , central pero antiguo"

La ubicacion, es central en lisboa

Es un piso muy antiguo, restaurado parcialmente baño y cocina. Pero mobilirio antiguo y sucio, cortinas en mal estado, muebles de mala Calidad, cama pesima, colchon antiguo y en mal estado. Departamento olia a encierro y no uso. En realidad la estadia en lisboa pudo ser mucho mejor. Me equivoque
