Location aweful no breakfast

Couch and chair torn. Dirty rugs. Scratch on walls. Bunch bed rail not secured child could easily be hurt. Shower strips on floor curling up on ends. No extra linens or towels. Pool plain, cool, closed on one day. Trash on outside front door. Paper shades for windows, does not block sun in morning. Had to buy toliet paper. Not enough supplied. That when asked for the address I was told I had to pay extra to booking.com even though the stay was already paid for. Had to call owner to get address!

Very quiet, country setting. Modern appliances. Easy check-in/out. Property Owner/Manager very easy to reach and very kind to speak with.

No ceiling fans in the bedrooms (not a major thing for most folks, but a preference for me).

This property was PERFECT! The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. The property owners were also great about communicating and answering all our questions. We are new to Booking, and hope to use this facility again when we return to Branson.
