"No hot water, no AC, no Washing machine, no socket"

The pictures on the listing

Hot water was not available because it was blowing out the fuse, AC was not working because it was blowing out the fuse, washing machine was not working because it was blowing out the fuse, electrical socket at the bad was not working. And no price reduction was offered from the host when mentioning that serious issues to him
