"Good"

The house was nice for our little family. The kids had a place to play outside. The kitchen and living were decent size.

The neighborhood there has a lot of drug trafficking on the side of the house. I didn't want my kids to see that.

"Bigger than it looks."

The house was clean and spacious. The appliances and the mini-split heating/AC units all worked well. We had all the utensils and dishes we needed. Parking was conveniently located to the entrance and easy to find. I appreciated the simplicity of the one page of instructions for staying at the house.

The bathroom floor was cold and slippery. The air filters in the mini-split units were dusty when we arrived. My husband cleaned them all with the cordless vacuum in the closet near the entrance. It would have been so nice to have the house heated when we arrived. It took us some time to figure out the remote controls and get the heaters functioning.

I love this place. The owners also have a couple more properties I’ve stayed at in the area and all of them have been exceptional. Thank you for a great stay

The tree outside does leave a mess on your car when parking in the driveway.

"Don't do it"

Location was great, close to sons school

Owner is unprofessional and rude. Does not have good pet policies and advertises as pet friendly when really are not. Complained about cleaning fees due to fur and accused of breaking vacuum is absurd behavior. Let me tell you about the pine needles! Don't park here unless you want them all over and get into your engine! Home reeked of wet dog our whole stay, opening windows, lysol spray, candles and rewashing everything didnt help. Cheap towels and only left us with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 9 nights.
