Great location

Obtaining the details to enter the building was difficult. Host took ages to reply to my messages. Parking area listed, which is why I chose to rent this property, was not available. Countless times brought this problem to their attention. Nothing done. Eventually a parking spot outside of the gated area was offered. Not ideal, as I wanted security for my car. There was one maintenance issue after the other. One of the days we were without electricity for over 6 hours. Not able to shower, use wifi or cook. Had to leave the property as there was no heat in the middle of January, very cold. I had to return to the property from being away on a few days away. Ended up costing me money, as I had to feed my kids, bought brunch, as no way to prepare food and the unexpected need to return early. Only after my insistence that power urgently was restored, that property manager appeared. Took ages to restore electricity, as he had no idea what was happening. It was my discovery of an unpaid bill that answered what had happened. I then had to help him work out how to get the power back on.

The check-in process wasn’t complicated at all, the instructions were quite clear. My family and I were truly impressed by the standards of the apartment. The space, cleanliness, architectural design, and quiet atmosphere were all exceptional. The amenities provided were comprehensive, making us feel right at home. We have stayed at numerous Airbnbs in & outside London, but none have matched the comfort, cleanliness, quietness and convenience we experienced at your apartment. Words cannot capture our appreciation, I would certainly give this Penthouse the highest rating and highly recommend booking witb them. We would definitely choose to stay there again on our next visit to London. Keep up the great work!

"The stay was nothing less than spectacular"

Wycliffe House is unlike anywhere I’ve stayed before. The building, a beautifully converted church, has an incredible design that blends historic charm with modern comfort. High ceilings, stunning windows, and unique architectural details make it feel truly special. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had a cozy yet spacious feel. The location is great—close to transport, shops, and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. If you’re looking for a stay that’s both comfortable and unique, this place is a gem. Would definitely return!

"Amazing stay in historic Church conversion in Ilford"

We really loved the space, the windows and set up of the bedrooms, towerroom and elevated living room. Additionally everything was very clean and in good state. Location was very close to the station. Finally contact with Harvey was very good, clear and thoughtful.
