Patio Doors and windows did not lock, misrepresentation of location building was located directly across from EMPTY buildings, no security (we drove straight in w/o a checkpoint) no wi-fi until next morning, cancelled the very next day and owners still wants to charge for whole week. abbiamo riscontrato diversi problemi gravi durante il nostro soggiorno: • presenza di scarafaggi in cucina e in bagno; • l’alloggio prenotato per 7 persone è attrezzato solo per 4; • mancavano lenzuola e asciugamani; • nonostante le nostre numerose chiamate, nessuno ci ha portato gli asciugamani né è venuto per la pulizia o la disinfestazione.

Wo fange ich da an? Der Preis ist wirklich extrem hoch aber wir haben gedacht dass gönnen wir uns einfach mal. Wer sich nur die Fotos angeschaut hat denkt man hätte dort auch einen Pool, dem ist nicht so! In dem apartment ist soviel kaputt, kurzweise war sogar das Wasser abgestellt und wenn es an war lief es nicht ab. Widerlich waren auch die Kakerlaken in der ganzen Unterkunft. Aber das schlimmste war das direkt unter der Unterkunft eine Discothek war. Die Nacht war so laut dass an Schlaf nicht zu denken war! Der Vermieter hat zwar versucht uns in eine andere kleinere Unterkunft unterzubringen aber wir wollten einfach nur noch raus! Erstattung Fehlanzeige! Es war wirklich ein Alptraum!!
