A good apartment in a nice location. . Nice that there is washing-up liquid / soap etc. available. fully equipped with fridge/freezer and washing machine. Plenty of clothes hangers

Too bad there was a renovation (with demolition hammers and Kangoo) going on in the apartment. I sent a message to the manager, who was sorry and would look into it, no response received afterwards. Also the water was turned off for 1 day, sent another app, they would follow up on this too but here too nothing heard back. The shower cabin slides closed with difficulty, perhaps due to rust, bathroom is less new / fresh than the photos suggest, space of the toilet is a bit cramped (if you are a bit sturdier you sit with your leg against a cold wall) I could not get the TV to a channel, but maybe this is my lack of technical insight. The bed is wonderful, bedding needs replacing (hole in pillowcase) I quickly put the blanket back in the closet I found a bit less fresh

The apartment was exactly as described with everything we needed for a week's stay in Marrakesh. Only a 15-minute walk from the famous souks but very close to lots of local restaurants and a small supermarket just around the corner. The bonus for us was a south facìng balcony with sunshine from morning till sunset if the sun comes out (which it did every day of our stay). Fast WiFi too.

I prefer quietness, privacy, being alone as you would in a modern day high-rise residential building, with fast wifi, that's why I chose this apartment outside the Medina instead of a Riad within, and this is exactly what I happily got. Riads originated as a sort of multi-generation large family home, they are indeed very beautiful to look at, but they are designed for communal living with relative privacy among extended family members not complete strangers. The apartment is about 20 min walk to the Medina/Koutoubia, also about 20 min walk to Jardin Majorelle and the Supratours bus station at Gare Oncf. It is located in the Gueliz district with good cafes (Blue Ribbon bakery for example), restaurants and art galleries (MACMA for example) all within walking distance. There is also a Carrefour (French-based multinational supermarket chain, there are quite a few in Shanghai where I grew up) about 10 min walk away, convenient and reassuring. Apartment itself has everything I need, if I were to be very picky I'd say the bathroom plastering and shower room could do with a bit of refurbishment, but doesn't affect a comfortable stay, hot shower water with good water pressure. Wash machine is a plus, although if laundry pods could be provided it would be even better. The balcony offers great views of sunrise and plenty of sunlight during the day. Good communication for check in and out. Just one note that sockets in the apartment are Type C as is standard in Morocco, travel adapter, USB or wireless charging devices are not provided, so do bring your own if needed.
