The landlord provided a small video on where to find keys, which was super helpful and quick to respond.

We had a great time at Beautiful Studio. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Near MDX. Easy access and good neigborhood. The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Easy parking straight outside. Clean, tidy and well equipped.

Easy to get to, good communication from host, comfortable, and quiet location. I stayed for Mon-Thurs for work and had everything I needed. Great fluffy towels, good size. Great shower pressure and temp. Bed super comfortable.

All fine UNTIL another couple arrived (loudly) at 2am on my last night and continued to talk all night. I asked them multiple times to neep it down to no avail. I chose this apartment due to it being advertised as "professional market," assuming it would be primarily for work folk who need to get up early and rest of an evening. The accommodation is a converted bedroom in a house and the other room is directly opposite. It is not soundproof, so I heard everything. I think more consideration needs to be given to those staying for business and those staying for leisure and try not to mix them. It's a disappointing end to an otherwise great stay. I am in London every week and have been trying to find THE place I come back to. This was going to be it, but I will need to reconsider as I need my sleep.

Very clean. Good communication with hosts. 5 min drive to the tube station. Free parking on the street. Property was spotless.
