Waterfront Home in Brick with Swimming Pool Access

Lovely property in general , clean , plenty of toiletries ,

Not enough cutlery , no kettle , to make tea . Some decking outside was broken . The advertised swimming pool was covered over .

Very nice Home very quiet

There were no towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo in the unit. No paper towels or kitchen towels. Door to the other unit was unlocked. Trash had not been removed in months with piles of trash on the side of the house. Fireplace did not work refrigerator icemaker was clogged. railing on the stairs was very loose and unsafe. Many lightbulbs needed to be replaced. Bedroom fan remote battery was dead and fan was stuck on high had to buy a battery. I contacted the owner and expressed the same things as above and asked him to respond. He did read the text and decided not to respond.

Pool dirty ….. and somebody was washing clothes it was a little scary… And it felt like we was being watched

The home was very clean and had an awesome view by the water. I love the decor and art pieces

I love everything about it

I loved the location and the view was lovely. Bed was very comfy, house was very clean. The host replaced the coffee machine first thing in the morning and also provided paper towels.

Communication with host/booking was not easy...the number/person to reach was unavailable after office hours...i arrived at approx 4pm and could not get in touch regarding the door code! I was LUCKY to find a receipt in the garage door panel with the owner's number listed....otherwise I would likely have been locked out as the Door code was not provided through booking.com Other notes: The coffee maker was broken (glass in pot left behind or NOT CLEANED by cleaning service) There is No designated workspace. There was only ONE coffee mug...
