"Perfecte locatie, appartement kan beter"

De locatie was perfect, in het centrum met op loopafstand alle bezienswaardigheden.

Het bed in de kleinste kamer was helemaal doorgezakt, bankstel zag er vies en versleten uit, rolgordijn helemaal kapot, vlekken op de muur van slaapkamer, veel sopcontacten zaten los, de schoonmaak kan beter en de badkamers zagen er oud uit, was wel schoon. Jammer want de locatie is perfect, aankleding mag ook wel wat aan gebeuren, kale muren.
