Building was somewhat rundown

A very central, lovely apartment that's fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay, close to the city center. Plus it’s also quiet as it is located in a side street. There was even a bottle of water. All the sights are within walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. The contact before check-in/check-out with the instructions was also well explained. Plus the landlady was always available for questions.

There's nothing to complain about. You have everything you need. Only the lobby didn't exactly inspire confidence at first glance (for me), but that doesn't affect the apartment since it seems to be the case in all larger houses here in the city center I would recommend it.

The location is perfect – everything is within reach, and the apartment is well equipped (iron and ironing board, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine etc.). Everything was very clean and tidy. The host lady in charge of us was very kind and always responded quickly to our messages. The only small issue we had was with hot water, but the host reacted incredibly fast – she solved the problem within an hour even though the repairman was on vacation. She even gave us the keys to the neighboring apartment just in case the problem happened again. If we came to Thessaloniki again we will come to this apartmant!
