Location was good and economic.

Cleanliness was not maintained.., Room service is not good, linens were not clean, geyser was not working in one room, TV was not working in one room, lock was not available in one room...

This was the worst hotel in my life. Staff was very unprofessional. They were laying down and told that there was no staff to support luggage. For everything we need to go to reception and collect eg. Towels, bathroom kits..

Please consider this as a very very genuine review(2nd Oct to 4th Oct 2025) The day i reached after a 24 hrs of train journey, With the scorching heat in jaipur. Room was not at all prepared, i was given a room where liquor bottle loitering around. Still they gave me the keys to get into the room. They changed the room but the second room allocated to me where there were no TV, AC is not working, Light was blinking too. But anyway i had to rush outside so ignored. But after my return, i suffered with Hot and humid inside. Twice the room changed for the AC problem. When i got a room with AC properly working, We found that the room lock is broken. So horrible experience i can say. It gave us mental stress to me and my family. The person sitting at reception is not at all bothered on the issues faced by the customer. Something they want to rent the room. I again faced issues which is Owned by OYO. Booking.com please avoid taking such addition of O hotel to the list.
