Hotel O Vaishali Nagar

I must say that this would be my most WORST EXPERIENCE of hotel ever that I stayed in...

Everything was so bad the cleanliness was not good, tubelight was not working, staff was so careless, the washbasin pipes were leaking, their geyser plug was damaged, it was too difficult for us to get fresh as I visited in the month of Dec, also their were asking us to give them a review of 5* as they too knew they are not worthy of it

No hot water but room were clean and staff were friendly

Bathroom and hot water was very poor

Location was fine, staff wanted to help but with that many limitations of the property, it turned out to be a pathetic experience.

Basic amenities missing. Washroom door not closing, no key for the room to lock while leaving the room, no availability of plates or spoons even at 9 PM.

Staff members are very helpful.

Very Excellent and co operative staff with helping nature. The staff cooperated us very well during the stay and check out too. A great thanks to them.

TV was not operating. It was a very disappointed as we were stayed with family and children's.
