Pet Friendly Millcreek Home Close to Downtown/Mtns

Very nice close to all the places we went. Neighborhood was quiet. Loved the dart board. Nice place to relax after a day of adventure. We had a lot of fun. Would come again.

The smell when you walk in was hard to take. The kitchen sink sprayed everywhere and we could not change the spray mode. The bathroom sink dripped and was annoying to listen to as we fell asleep. The place was clean except spots on the walls by the light switches and doors and gum on the wall behind the couch cushion. There was not a roku box that we could find so we could not stream anything on the TV

Loved the cute little neighborhood and cozy home! Great backyard for pets! The second half-bath was super helpful. We also really appreciated how low-key the communication was from the property, especially the part where we didn’t have to strip the beds and then pay a cleaning fee like so many other rentals.

We had a few questions about the amount of hair that was on linens when we arrived. Never figured out how to use the TVs but didn’t care.

The neighborhood

The house is in a great location; we could go anywhere we needed in a relatively short time. We had a lot of fun playing with the darts board. The beds were comfortable, and the location was quiet.

This house underwhelmed us; it did not meet our expectations. The house felt a little rundown as cabinet panels were missing, the dishes were mismatched, the bathroom felt dated (the door barely shuts), and there was a fragrance smell that was overwhelming when we first checked in. In addition, the refrigerator was leaking, and we had to put a towel on the floor to soak it up. It also needed a new water filter. That being said, this was not a bad stay for what it was IF it was less expensive. We felt disappointed because when we booked it based on the listing pictures, we thought that it was going to be a higher-quality experience. I think that this property could do with some upgrades.

washer dryer was a big plus. easy to get into the place.

1/2 bath was a bit inconvenient from the bedrooms. The bed pillows are really not comfortable. Huge thick hard foam pillows are not for everyone. A variety of different types of pillows would be nice. Shower is a bit hard to access with the counter in the way.
