Beautiful little home from home . Very clean and perfect for a 2 night stay

Central heating not working.radiators we’re cold, non of us could have a shower or bath as bathroom was too cold.

Very central and modern looking. Kitchen lovely.

Heating didn’t work and windows were wide open on arrival so the upstairs was freezing. Electric fires but didn’t like to leave them on long as plugs sparked when you turned them off. Socket in lounge moves when you take plug out so didn’t feel confident of electrics. Stairs very steep and narrow and with bathroom being downstairs, didn’t like having to go down them in the night. Needs some TLC - sockets didn’t feel safe, back door rattles so wasn’t confident of the lock, front inner door handle falls off, paint scuffed. Needs a bit of attention.

Locality

Boiler broken so it was cold there were plug in heaters but only two so we couldn’t heat all rooms and bathroom freezing . Difficult to get into the property , no signal to open emails . Previous resident left loads of cigarette butts in bbq

The heating didn’t come on, so we used the little electric heater. So shower time was a bit chilly

Great location and an off street parking place. Lovely style and design of decor and furnishings.Someone has tried really hard to make it nice but it needs a lot of attention.

Untidy walls with big patches of paint missing, that set us off spotting lots of other things, and feeling cheated as the photos made it look better than it is. The old rugs in the bed rooms looked unclean, untidy gates that make the property look uncared for, old fashioned entrance hall and dodgy door handle in hall way, scratched old frying pan, the decorating needs lots of attention. Very odd bed in main room and a huge TV that didn’t work properly, it was pixelated and kept cutting out.
