New beautifully remodeled home in Las Vegas

The property was beautiful, in a great neighborhood away from all the crazy in Vegas.

Nothing at all! It was perfect. Only thing that was upsetting was the cleaner showed up at 945 and check out wasn’t till ten so I couldn’t finish the sheets and towels :/

Cozy, and clean.

TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work but not a huge deal.

Host was reachable & accomodating. Backyard/ pool was very quaint; ample sitting areas. Fans in each room a plus. Fridge large& makes ice. Very handy. Ample pool & bath towels provided. Inside clean on arrival.

-Unable to adjust thermostat. Was set at 73; too warm! -Too many place carpets; was a definite trip hazard. No need for carpets on top of carpets -Kitchen did not have a set of bowls you could actually microwave ie Pyrex. Plates were plastic; lacking a full set of cutlery for 4- 2 tsp& 2 tbsp short - Pool was extremely cold; apparently not heated in the summer; even though it was mid fall. Pool cover of NO use to produce /retain heat; as pool did not warm up during day; despite average 30 degrees outside -Bbq was very dirty; tray for grease full; obviously not cleaned; caused several flare ups while cooking -Master bathroom shower requires floor to be replaced. - Second bedroom should have a double or queen bed ; not a trundle bed. Not comfortable for an adult; inappropriate for couples. - Living room & bedrooms need a lamp; overhead fans uncomfortably bright - Less plants/ clutter ; not necessary - Outside windows very dirty; or perhaps seal broken( living room windows; master bedroom)

Everything was wonderful

After the hectic pace of the Vegas strip, the concert and shopping, it was wonderful to have somewhere comfortable away from the chaos. I would highly recommend this home. We were able to come back and decompress in the pool or by taking a nap.

Nothing. We forgot our toothbrushes and they had complimentary ones available. At a home! It saved a trip to the store after our very long drive!

It’s great. Quiet. Pool. Lots of space to hang out.

We loved having a private pool! It is in a very safe part of Vegas! The house was clean and cozy! They have everything you need there. Pool towels, kitchen stocked, dishwasher soap and laundry soap. The host is very responsive and made our stay very nice!

There were popsicles left in the freezer that looked pretty old. The fridge could use a good wipe down too. there are three bedrooms the one has a twin bed with a trundle the other has a futon, I would suggest to put a real bed In the second bedroom. They do have a mattress topper we found in the closet that made the futon much more comfy. The master had a very comfortable California king bed. There is also a queen blowup mattress in the closet which was nice to have since the futon was smaller than we thought it would be. There was a hole in the air mattress and the host replaced it very fast.

Very clean. Very well maintained. Beautiful pool.
