Chris luxury apartment,near Athens Airport!

Merveilleux endroit, confortable, joli. La bonne odeur des draps, calme, proche d’une plage où vous pouvez faire du masque et tuba! Une terrasse abritée du vent, de la pluie( si jamais) une jolie vue, sur la montagne, sur la mer! Un accueil parfait. Beaucoup d’attention!

היה לנו לילה ביוון וחיפשנו מקום קרוב לשדה התעופה. בלילה זה אמנם 25 דקות מהשדה (30 יורו) אבל בבוקר זה לקח 10 דקות (25 יורו במונית). הבית עצמו מקסים, נוח, מרווח וצופה לים עם מרפסת ענקית ומקסימה. ובעל הבית מקסים באופן מיוחד, עוזר בכל דבר והפתיע אותנו עם ארוחת בוקר מפנקת. כמו כן מכיוון שהיינו רעבים ולא היתה לנו מכונית, הוא ארגן לנו הסעות בחינם הלוך ושוב למסעדת דגים מצויינת קרובה שקראנו עליה פה בביקורות, ואכן היה נהדר. בחירה מצויינת. חבל שלא יכולנו להישאר יותר בבית המקסים שבכפר החמוד הזה ליד הים. ממליצה בחום.

Doskonałe miejsce na krótki pobyt, Blisko z lotniska, blisko do morza i restauracji, miejsce na spacer. Właściciel to wspaniały człowiek niesamowicie wręcz pomocny. Dziękujemy Kosta na pewno jeszcze Cię odwiedzimy

L’accueil et l’hospitalité, vraiment on nous a chouchouté! C’est Très agréable de rencontrer les personnes du Pays que l’on visite. L’appartement est parfait, grande terrasse abritée! Balançoire fauteuil! Le lieu est très bien situé! Alimentation, restaurants à portée de marche! Promenade en bord de mer. Une plage de sable tout près, prenez vos masques et tuba, plein de poissons vers les rochers.

Très accueillant. Petit déjeuner non inclus mais petit cadeau de l'hôte le matin pour nos papilles! Nous y étions très bien! Très près de l'aéroport également!

The apartment is very spacious, in fact, more so than the pictures indicate. It is also beautifully furnished and very well equipped, including cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery, glasses, mugs - just about every basic item you would have at home and more. There is a large fridge/freezer and a large smart tv in the sitting area plus a smaller flat screen one in the bedroom. The shower worked well with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was also effective and very quiet. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows (spares in the wardrobe) - not too firm or plump but just right. Outside, the balcony is huge with views of the sea (slightly obscured by a concrete building, but still beautiful) and view of the hill to the side. The balcony is well furnished with table and four chairs plus a padded chair and a wonderful swinging basket chair with cushions, which I loved and felt I could easily fall asleep in. There is a washing line to the side with colourful clothes pegs. Pretty Davis beach is a five minute walk away along a quiet street and then a sandy alley. It was busy during the day but perfectly quiet in the morning, which was when we enjoyed swimming. The sea was calmer then (choppy later on as wind blew up) and there were only one or two other people on the beach with us. Our hosts, Costa and his daughter, Chris, are lovely. Chris was out when we arrived, so Costa welcomed us, with the help of Google Translate as he doesn't speak English and we don't speak any Greek. He was very kind and went out of his way to make us comfortable, helping to carry our luggage up the spiral staircase and helping us with working the cooker hob when we couldn't get it to turn on. We were also given ham and cheese sandwich and hard boiled eggs for breakfast the following day, and Costa gave us a plate of fruit on our last night. (We stayed for three nights.) There is a mini market within walking distance and plenty of restaurants a short walk or drive away.

These are only small criticisms, but we didn’t like the lighting in the kitchen and sitting area. There were no side lights/table lamps, and the lights above the kitchen sink didn’t work, although I'm sure our host would have put this right if we'd asked. We did ask how to work the cooker hob, which needed an adjustment at the fuse box. Also, there was nowhere to charge our phones in the bedroom without unplugging the little bedside lamps. We didn’t like the steep spiral staircase to the apartment, which was hard to manage with heavy cases. We were very glad of Costa's help. As I said, these are small criticisms as, overall, our stay was close to perfect.

Особлива подяка господарю будинку Костасу та його сім’ї,ви неймовірно гарна родина,дякуємо вам за ваше відношення до нас!
