Spacious Southbourne flat Sleeps 5 Perfect for families and groups

The flat is very spacious and stylish, with lots of room to move around — perfect for dancing or just relaxing. The decor features a lot of wood, giving it a cozy and warm atmosphere. We especially loved the working fireplace, the well-equipped kitchen, and the beautiful furniture. The small terrace gets morning sun, which made it lovely for tea or coffee. The location is peaceful and quiet, just 5–7 minutes’ walk to the sea with a stunning coastal view. There are several nice restaurants nearby, and parking on-site was a big plus. Also, the place is pet-friendly, and my dog and I felt very comfortable there.

Communication with the host was difficult — they replied slowly or not at all. The biggest disappointment was the absence of a hairdryer, which was especially frustrating with long hair. The towels and bedding were old and of poor quality, and the towels shed lint all over when wet. The bed and mattress were not very comfortable for a longer stay. The dishwasher didn’t work, and although there was a note about it, the coffee machine also didn’t work — I only discovered this after buying special capsules. Finally, if you want to use the fireplace, you need to buy firewood yourself, which wasn’t available in nearby shops — I had to drive quite far to find some. It would be great if a starter pack of firewood was included.

The apartment was lovely and in such a great location. A short walk to the shops and cafes of Southbourne and not far from the sea. The apartment itself is a home from home. Great kitchen facilities and dining area. It had everything we needed for a short break by the sea.

The parking was somewhat tite - I chose to park on the street which wasn’t difficult at this time of the year.

The flat is absolutely beautiful, very cozy and spacious. A great location in Southbourne. The open fire was perfect for a stormy weekend.

Spacious, clean and gorgeous apartment (I wish I could live here). The decor was so quaint and quirky! Lovely hosts - kind people and great location. It’s probably the nicest place we’ve stayed. Definitely going to book again! Incredible value for money.

It was perfect!

Spacious apartment with a great layout, a short walk from the beach with lots of shops and takeaway options near by! Lots of unusual art to look at on the walls and a good amount of mirrors including a full length mirror in the bedroom Netflix and YouTube options on the tv and the kitchen had all the cutlery and basics we needed! Towels were provided and toilet paper. The flat had a nice feel and atmosphere to it and the owner was communicative and accommodating for the duration of our stay!
