Overall, a pleasant, peaceful, and comfortable stay. However, there is no parking available directly in front; you will need to park on the other side of the road. The staff were cooperative and helpful.

the gentleman that met us when we got to the building was lovely explain everything as we had to leave the room before time indicated i didn’t have to pay the 20£ deposit, the location was easy for where we was attending

the room was filthy the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, shower doors so dirty you couldn’t see through them i was scared to stand in the shower tray i cause i caught a foot problem, the walls in tbe bathroom covered in pink mould just disgusting.. ring marks from cups from other on future, only one cup in the room knowing it was two guests, i honestly think the bedsheets hadn’t been changed as there was marks on the sheet, mattress was really comfortable but only on really flat pillow each which was hard to sleep on.. woke up on the morning to go for the breakfast including in the price, honestly i was shocked to see the state of it i wouldn’t feed a dog i there, jucie there for us to use was out of date since start of october it’s now end of january, inside the fridge absolutely disgusting, i could say a lot more

The shower and bathroom are good but the place needs to employ cleaners it needs a Good bloody Clean..

Dirty needs massive clean bits all over the floor and the kitchen is filthy put it this way you would not want to even make a cup of tea in there they need cleaners there a deep clean is highly recommended

The shower was really nice. The kitchen had lots of cereals and spread options for toasts if you wanted to have breakfast in the morning.

There was a mouldy butter in the fridge, and the place has a weird smell. We paid £87 for one night and I don’t think it should be that expensive it definitely should be a lot cheaper.
