Modern Apartments in Malta's charming Mosta

Hello, thank you for an apartment. It is cozy, clean, modern technology. Excellent location, good transport links, nearby shopping center.

The big drawback is the lack of a normal frying pan and an emergency exit sign, it interferes with sleep. It cannot be turned off. For three girls with long hair, one small hairdryer. It is less than a travel hairdryer.

Good location,clean,modern and spacious.Good apparatus like washing machine,tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Cheap linen without slipcover on bed.Linen does not fit well and slides off with the slightest movement.The toaster was smoking and triggered the smoking alarm which we reported but it was not fixed or replaced. We contacted Zzzing for access code and pin 4,3 days before arrival with no reply,we had to phone standing in front of accommodation in the end for codes that was very disappointing.We even tried contacting booking.com which told us to contact the host,Zzzing. The TV worked sub optimally with Netflix remaining in Italian even after technician was there.

Keys were not available in the locker on two days, it took a long time to resolve it. The floor was not wiped thouroghly.

The apartment is large and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. We had no issue in finding a parking place, and there was a large shopping mall at a short distance. From there, almost all places in Malta are at a mere 10-25 minutes by car.

Pictures were different from what we had; when we asked the host upon arrival, the only answer we got was that they were for a different apartment. Of the two showers, only one was usable; and there, the water pressure was really low suggesting some problem in the plumbing. The wardrobes were smelling really bad. We had to buy some freshener and limit ourselves to one.

The apartment was clean and very spacious, having two toilets also was a huge plus. A shopping centre within a walking distance meant we could easily buy whatever we needed. Despite our worries, there was zero noise from outside coming into our bedrooms since they were far away from the busy main street. For someone like us, mostly travelling by car and trying to reach a different place in Malta every day, being located closer to the centre of an island was incredibly useful.

Finding a parking spot near the apartment was sometimes troublesome as it is located on a main street and there are no reserved parking spots, which was especially troubling on the first day. Initially there were also minor difficulties with Wi-Fi, but it wasn't anything serious as we've received help after calling the customer service.

The best thing about this apartment was its location. Mosta is in the centre of the island and an excellent starting point to explore the rest – even by bus when that works. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very modern, airy and spacious. Despite being on a main road, the bedrooms were quiet. Nearby parking in the street was easy and the shopping complex a few hundred metres away was very convenient.

While overall it was a positive experience there were some things missing: no coffee machine; no rubbish bin in kitchen; no cups and saucers; wrong wifi password provided (to be copied directly from the modem); no instructions on how to activate the water heater and pressure pump; and one of the bathroom showers had no curtain. Otherwise well furnished.
