This property is a scammer, booking.com try to contact pihak mereka pun tak boleh. I have to wait whole day to settle this issue until I decide to book another property. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS PROPERTY, TOTALLY SCAMMERS! The number that they provide is not available. NO RECEPTION OR ANYBODY TO ASK ONCE U ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY. THE PAYMENT THAT I’VE MADE BURN!

SCAMMER, BOOKING.COM PLEASE MAKE A SCREENING AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR OR EVERY 6 MONTH TO MAKE SURE THAT THIS KIND OF THINGS TAK HAPPENED TO ANYBODY.

Scammer shit I don't know how to get back my money scam bustard, please guys don't even book this place you see like cheap that's a easily can cheat you, there no reception nobody there 😠

I didn't even get to stay in this place at all. I'm supposed to check in on 1/6 but I cannot get accesss with person in charge. I already reach through WhatsApp about my confirmation staying for 3 days and 2 nights. I also done making call since morning until 6.30pm but no one pick up the call. On top of all, I already reach service centre on that day but also no one pick up. Since the next day also public holiday, I feel waste my time to call service centre, since I know no one will pick up the call. I really disappointed since I just wasted my money for the accomodation that I didn't even get to stay at all. I really disappointed because I feel that I had been scammed by the person in charge or agents. I'm hoping that the person will take responsibility for all this things. Since I came from far and hoping to stay n get rest at this place. Even after I reached that place, I still cannot reach the person in charge. On the spot I need to find another place through other apps on the same day. I already email to booking.com on that day. But nothing changes.

The PIC not pick up the call or respond the text. THE REFUND ONLY UP TO RM3+. NOT FULL AMOUNT SO disappointed and feel like been scammed.

I have to wait longer for the respond from customer service and yet I can't get full refund.

Where is my deposit? The policy says you will return it after 7 working days, it is already going to be 3 weeks. Check in was late, I got the access card at 5:30pm instead at 3pm because I understand you need some time to clean the house even though that's not my problem. I am being nice but this is like mistreating the good customers. If I don't get my deposit refund by this week, I have to raise a complaint and make a police report.
