ISM Luxury Apartments

The apartment is in a very good location, the city center is in several minutes walking distance. The owner is very kind. He provide us a place in a closed parking lot 5 minutes walking distance.

The intimidate vicinity of the building is a bit messy, but better not to believe for the first impression.

The apartment is located right in the center, very close to the Parliament and right next to the old pazar (where you have a lot of shops and restaurants) and has a balcony for the morning coffee.The host was GREAT, we kept in touch and he made sure we had everything we need from the beginning to the end, and very important : he had a very safe parking spot. He also recommended a great place to eat and told us some very interesting historical facts. All in all, we had a great time at this location!

Nice attractive flat

No dish detergent in kitchen. No hand soap. No dish towels. No cooking implements (but there were a few pots and pans). Host texted that cleaners would bring those things so we should just leave dirty dishes. Since we were there for two nights and had expected to cook that wasn't a great option. We were surprised they didn't bring them over the same day. Location was great but outside of building entrance was full of trash and debris.

The property's location is fantastic! It’s near the city center and has a nice view. The host is really kind and helpful. He recommended a few places to visit. There’s a parking garage nearby, which helped a lot because it’s hard to find parking in the city center.

The property is on the 4th floor without an elevator, which is not a big problem, but the stairs don’t have good air ventilation.

The location is great. It is 50m away from the old bazaar and 5-10 mins walk to the city centre, alexander square and big shopping malls like east gate. The flat is well designed with brand new furniture and kitchen equipments. The air conditioning, size of balcony is adequate. It is clean and neat. What I like is the host a very helpful person, he always helped us during our stay with variety of things and was very kind.
