"Superb"

Quiet, clean tidy, nice space downstairs, nice shower.

Nice bedroom, ceiling a bit low, if you are older be aware, the loo is down the stairs which may be a problem at night. We also found the place a bit difficult to find the sat nav kept taking us to the wrong place. But don't let that put you off, it was a nice place to stay.

Lucy and Luke were were very easy to communicate with. Their annex was as described - lovely, clean and in a quite village. with lovely walks close by. The location was perfect for our visit to the Eden Project. We appreciated the opportunity to check-out a bit later, due to nobody checking in after our departure.
