Extremely clean apartment with well thought out decor. This apartment had everything you needed for your stay. Would definitely recommend it. Very quick response from owner with any questions

I can only speak for myself and probably didn’t think it through but the 2 flights of steps were a little daunting but I stress I can’t fault the apartment

We really loved the accommodation and can highly recommend it. Centrally located, free parking, spacious apartment with everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped and there's even a small balcony. The apartment is beautifully furnished, and communication with the hosts was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much!

There is new construction going on right in front of the building so it was hard to sleep in but all iin all it was affordable and a great apartment with all the amenities

Great location. Only a 15-minute walk to downtown. Very clean grounds with a nice view of the Cumberland River. Nice size unit for two people. All appliances worked well and the furniture was comfortable.

Could have used a bathroom shower mat and kitchen towels. Also, it should have stated more distinctly that you should bring your own pool towels.

Clean, had nice kitchen and living area, close to Germantown, walkable to downtown.

walls are paper thin, can hear neighbors even with normal speaking tone. Bed mattress was ok, the pull out sofa bed was terrible.
