We liked everything. The apartment was spacious, light, clean, centrally located, with a convenient parking lot and a very well equipped kitchen. We felt like at home. The staff was very responsive and helpful - our problem with washing machine was solved the next day, even if this was Easter Sunday!

"Beautiful bright apartment in a perfect location - Great for a short break."

The location of the apartment is perfect, a short 10 minute walk into the town (if that). It has a private carpark, and is situated with a multitude of lovely walkways around it next to a burn that if you follow will take you down to the beach. It is a large apartment, all rooms are really spacious as are the bathrooms and hallway. Lovely view from the living area. Very modern and clean. Apartment felt safe with 2 locks on the door, but also the locked main door. Clean stairwell.

Beds were too firm for our liking. I woke up each morning with back ad neck pain unfortunately. The thermostat in the bedroom with the en suite clicked every few minutes even with all radiators off and heating turned down low. We had to buy ear plugs to sleep through it. At 7am the heating in the apartment above turned on and caused loud clunking noises as the pipes were heating up right above our heads which woke us up through the ear plugs I'm afraid. Not something that can be helped, and not something I would complain about to the hosts as it's not an issue that could have be "resolved", just something to be expected due to the heating system.

Nice sized bedrooms but could have easily taken king sized beds. Double beds not so comfy.

"A clean, modern apartment ideal for 4 golfers or a couple visiting the very beautiful St. Andrews"

The proximity to the town centre is good. The flat is modern and very clean. The parking is good and it is great for 4 x golfers with plenty of room to accommodate everyone in the living room. We didn’t use the cooking facilities but everything is there for you.

The entrance to the block would benefit from being swept and cleaned. Litter and leaves spoil the approach and the communal doors could do with being cleaned. There was a dirty towel outside the flat that remained there throughout our stay. I would have preferred a thicker duvet on the bed to make it more cosy. The bowling pavilion is a little too close to the lounge for comfort. It gives you a feeling of being overlooked.

"Beautiful flat close to the center of St. Andrews"

Beautiful flat with all the amenities needed for a short stay and very close to the center of town. Overlooks the bowling green which is fun and makes the view green. Extremely clean and beautifully-decorated.

The beds are full / double size, which makes it tight for 2 adults (if used to a king or queen size bed).
