I bagni sono abbastanza danneggiati, la maniglie si staccano, la camera più grande é organizzata male e il letto si trova davanti la porta d’ingresso. Poca pulizia in generale. Inoltre i proprietari ci hanno fatto accogliere da un estraneo che non parlava italiano e ci ha anche detto che dovevamo pulire tutto quando saremmo andati via

Appartamento grazioso nuovo accogliente pulito e ben attrezzato a parte l'androne del palazzo sporco e puzzolente

Il ricevimento degli ospiti non è seguito la struttura non ha esposto nemmeno il nome per capire se si tratta dell' entrata giusta non evidenziano che bisogna accedere a piedi visto che si trova in zona ZTL , al contrario delle altre strutture dove c'è una persona di riferimento gestiscono tutto tramite wathsapp e non rispondono al telefono in caso di bisogno

"Non ci ritornerei"

Mi è piaciuto solo il fatto che avesse due bagni, ma in uno non c’era nulla per appoggiare bagnoschiuma e quant altro quindi molto scomodo

In primis ti interfacci con un ragazzo che non sa neanche parlare italiano, voglio capire all estero ma in Italia non posso accettare questa cosa, siamo arrivate ed è subito comparsa una blatta. Deludente per il servizio di carta igienica, servizio asciugamani.

"Палермо це неймовірне та колоритне місто з прекрасним."

Квартира з двома санвузлами, так як нас було дві сім’ї це було дуже зручно. Кондиціонер був у кожній кімнаті. Все було добре, чудовий власник: зустрів все показав і пояснив, скинув локації та рекомендації де і що відвідати у Палермо. Квартира простора та затишна.

Все було дуже добре.

The location is exceptional. Close to sightseeing. The apartment is big and comfortable. Very good kitchen equipped with everything needed. Clear instructions to check-in and check-out. Representative is a very nice person..

Rather cold at bathrooms. It would be nice if linen and towels are more white. They were clean, but not snow white
