Quite new apartment

It wasn't cleaned good. The TV didn't work in the bedroom although l asked for it 10days before arrival. I was given the technician 's number who didn't come. The remote control from the second Tv didn't have battery. So none of TVs could be used. And important note for late arrivals. You will be given the apartment door code, but no common gate and entrance key, which is in the apartment itself. God knows how long you should wait when someone goes out at night
