La struttura si presenta dotata di tutti i servizi e le comodità. La posizione è ottimale. È a due passi dalla stazione , dal centro e dalla spiaggia e vicino ai supermercati. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole ed allietato dalla straordinaria cordialità e disponibilità di Maria che rimarrà nel mio cuore. Consigliatissimo!

We really enjoyed our stay in Gioiosa Marea. The location was excellent, the apartment was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great help during the hot days.

Appartamento pulitissimo e nuovo, fornito di tutte le comodità. A pochi metri dal mare, proprietaria gentile e disponibile.

Das Appartment und die Vermieterin waren super. Das Appartment war sauber, das Bad neu gemacht, das Bett war prima. Wir hatten einen Induktionsherd und Backofen. Die Lage war sehr gut: 2 min zum Bäcker, 5 min zum Bahnhof und Strand. Gioiosa Marea ist ein nettes kleines Örtchen mit lauter kleinen Geschäften und Cafés in einer wunderschönen Bucht. Es gibt auch genug Lebensmittelgeschäfte.

Das Appartment wäre noch schöner, wenn es einen Balkon zum Meer hätte und nicht nur eine kleine Terrasse nach hinten raus. Dadurch mag es etwas dunkel sein, aber im Sommer ist es dadurch sicher auch schön kühl. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist ok, aber enthält zum Kochen nur das Nötigste .

Sehr sauber und modern.alles was man gebraucht hat, war vorhanden.
