The location it is not accessible, maybe because of the traffic and it takes a lot of hours to go to SM Bicutan because of the traffic and it is very hard to book a taxi or cab also because of the traffic.

nothing. this place is not exactly close to the airport as advertised, if you are looking for place close to air port, dont book here, this property is a scam, we didnt end up stay here, front desk didnt get booking, we couldnt get access.

we got scammed by this property, we didnt get access to the property. upon contacting the owner of the property, she ask us to send our traveling document via whatsapp to a number claiming to be "her sister", we have never encountered this type of behavior before. we presented our document at the front desk and showed confirmation from booking.com, and was to be told there are no booking. phone the owner and pass the phone to front desk, they couldnt resolve it. it was late and i was travelling with my kids, not prepare to fight this at 9pm in the evening, so we just made another booking in the hotel that we had stayed at previously. complaint had been filed with booking.com, they owner responded with false claim, saying we arrived at property at 8am in the morning and want to check in (as this was not possible as we have not even arrived at Manila yet), and claim we cannot present identification (as this is again false, because i took picture of us at their front desk with our document) and what made it worst was for property owner to message us via booking.com message service to say "we are rubbish and we should be going back to our own country" this was a big learning lesson for us, definitely read review before any booking, lucky this place was not expensive and we only booked for 1 night before our connecting flight out the next day we have advised booking.com about this behaviour and is in the process of reporting on the information that we have to the tourist police in manila. i believe we were not the first one experiencing this with this property.

That you did not have to leave the complex to go out to get dinner or anything like that you could stay in the complex they had all the food and you had a big swimming pool advantages it had its own bar it was a very good setup

To get visitors in was awkward that was the only thing I didn't like you had to get QR code to allow visitors to come in to see you

The resort is huge with lots of amenities.

All of the redundancy is very annoying 😑 I guess they offer different packages since it is a resort but being constantly asked for identification or which room I was in got very irritating. And the room was infested with roaches and they claimed to supply toiletries but I found empty containers.

Oh my,first experience the toilet bowl is not good. The mentenance he want me to pay 300 pesos but i told him,am only visitor there that's not my responsibility.he answer me that's the rule.ok i will pay but you need to issue the receipt.later on he said ok i repair this but don't tell to anyone that i repair it a free.ohh myy.

Excellent location just few minutes to shops. Excellent security which made us feel safe. Beautiful and quiet environment.

The foul smell of the rubbish room which we can smell each time we go out of our unit.

Was clean and had good facilities. Good value for money imo. And the TV was awesome

Sometimes at Azure the security make you feel uneasy. But that isn't a huge problem
